Teams playing in the B Division will be playing on the Hampshire College fields on Saturday, May 5. Hampshire College requires a Certificate of Insurance from EVERY team that will be playing. Please follow the instructions below, and send the certificate to Jim Pistrang NO LATER than April 6.
Please make sure that your certificate has the EXACT wording that you see below.
